Phone Triage
We ask three questions: Is your water bill up? Do you hear running water with everything off? Is any floor spot warm? Your answers tell us whether this is a supply-side slab leak or a drain issue. We schedule a two-to-four-hour window and text you when the tech is on the way.
02
System Pressure Test
We shut off the main and isolate the supply lines. A pressure testing kit holds 80 PSI on the system for 15 minutes. If pressure drops, we know the leak is on the pressurized side. If it holds, we test the drain lines with a video inspection camera. This step takes about 30 minutes.
03
Acoustic and Thermal Locate
We walk the floor with acoustic listening devices and a thermal imaging camera. Copper pipe leaks hiss. PEX tubing leaks show as warm streaks on the thermal screen. We mark each hit with tape and confirm with a moisture meter. Most locates narrow to a two-foot square.
04
Confirm and Document
We photograph the thermal image, log the pressure readings, and note the exact depth and pipe material. You get a written locate report with the marked spot. If your insurance or foundation company needs documentation, we email it before we leave your driveway.

Repair Plan and Handoff
We walk you through the findings and give you two repair options: direct access through the slab or trenchless repair equipment that pulls a new line through the old one. You pick. We schedule the repair, and if you want us to handle it, we do. No pressure, no prompt upsell.
